Arthur Hill & Co. LLC (AHC) was co-founded in 1993 by Arthur J. Hill, former Chairman of Homart Development Company and Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group, and Bruce A. Reid, one of three founding owners of Coldwell Banker Canada Inc. (now CBRE)

AHC is focused on raising and investing private equity real estate funds on behalf of our private investors. For more than two decades, AHC has paired uncommon skill and drive with deep industry experience to produce exceptional results. Since 2003, AHC has sponsored and managed AHC Funds, and has also participated in select development projects throughout the U.S.

Arthur J. Hill Co-Founder and Chairman Mr. Hill works on all acquisitions, dispositions and other key transactions for AHC Funds. Prior to forming AHC, Mr. Hill served as Chairman of Homart Development Co. and later, as Chairman of its parent the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (Multifamily Silver Council) and the International Council of Shopping Centers and served on the Board of Directors of Sears Roebuck and Co. and Allstate Bank, a subsidiary of Allstate Insurance. Mr. Hill holds a Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA.

Mr. Hill works on all acquisitions, dispositions and other key transactions for AHC Funds. Previously, he was a senior executive for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group in Chicago. Mr. Reid was one of three founding owners of Coldwell Banker Canada (now CBRE), where he was Vice President, Sales and Investment Marketing. Mr. Reid is an associate member of the Urban Land Institute. He holds degrees in Economics from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, and an MBA (with Distinction) from the Richard Ivey School of Business of Western University, Canada.

Bruce A. Reid
Co-Founder, President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Reid is involved with all acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and management for AHC Funds. Previously, he was a senior executive for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group in Chicago. Mr. Reid was one of three founding owners of Coldwell Banker Canada (now CBRE), where he was Vice President, Sales and Investment Marketing. Robert Y. Gilbert Vice President, Asset Management Mr. Gilbert oversees management of assets for AHC Funds, which includes responsibility for leasing, operations, capital improvement, disposition, and supervision of third-party service providers such as leasing agents and property managers. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and a Master’s degree from Sir John Cass Business School, City University-London, England.

Vice President, Asset Management
Mr. Gilbert oversees management of assets for AHC Funds, which includes responsibility for leasing, operations, capital improvement, disposition, and supervision of third-party service providers such as leasing agents and property managers. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and a Master’s degree from Sir John Cass Business School, City University-London, England.

 


John M. Stoops Vice President, Finance Mr. Stoops oversees all finance and accounting functions at AHC, including investor account management, and is actively involved with acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management for AHC Funds. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Stanford University and an MBA (with Distinction) with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the Kellogg School of Management.

John M. Stoops
Vice President, Finance
Mr. Stoops oversees all finance and accounting functions at AHC, including investor account management, and is actively involved with acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management for AHC Funds. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Stanford University and an MBA (with Distinction) with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the Kellogg School of Management.

Thomas C. Zabor Vice President, Acquisitions Mr. Zabor directs the acquisitions/dispositions process and works with lenders to secure and manage debt arrangements for AHC Funds. Mr. Zabor joined AHC from Henderson Global Investors, an investment advisor for institutional clients. He has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton.

Elizabeth H. Kelley Director, Business Development Ms. Kelley focuses on distribution of AHC Funds and investor relations. Prior to joining AHC, Ms. Kelley worked in Private Wealth Management at Merrill Lynch and most recently was Senior Regional Director at William Blair & Company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.

Lindsey L. Stadden, CPA Controller Ms. Stadden is responsible for general accounting and financial functions for AHC Funds and AHC operating entities. Prior to joining AHC, Ms. Stadden was a Senior Tax Associate with a focus in real estate at CBIZ MHM, LLC. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Lindsey L. Stadden, CPA
Controller
Ms. Stadden is responsible for general accounting and financial functions for AHC Funds and AHC operating entities. Prior to joining AHC, Ms. Stadden was a Senior Tax Associate with a focus in real estate at CBIZ MHM, LLC. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Kimberly J. Ehlke Operations Manager Ms. Ehlke carries out the daily operations of the AHC offices in Evanston and also assists Ms. Stadden with general accounting tasks. Prior to joining AHC, Ms. Ehlke managed the office and staff of a large dance and music school in the Chicagoland area. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, with a focus on Leadership, from Central Michigan University

Kimberly J. Ehlke
Operations Manager
