AHC’s investment strategy is primarily focused on multifamily properties in selected U.S. markets. We seek to purchase properties significantly below replacement cost or develop from the ground-up, formulate and implement a tailored strategy to grow net operating income, and ultimately harvest the value created through disposition or recapitalization. We are not an index fund that seeks to deliver market returns – we invest in specific assets with excellent potential to increase net operating income, and apply a focused tailored investment strategy. Holding periods for investments are typically three to seven years.
