Mr. Palace is Vice President of Acquisitions for the Arizona, Texas, and Southeast regions, where he is actively involved with acquisitions, dispositions, development, and recapitalizations. He also directs investment due diligence and underwriting and spearheads the firm’s enterprise-level A.I. deployment. Mr. Palace additionally supports the operations and quarterly valuation process for an institutional real estate investment trust co-managed by AHC Funds. Prior to AHC, he held roles in real estate development and brokerage and was integral in scaling a billion-dollar development pipeline at a major Chicago operator.
Mr. Palace is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Enterprise Management from Wake Forest University.
